SUSTAINABILITY

We, the DARZ GmbH, want to create long-term values and therefore we rely on a harmony of the 3 pillars of sustainability.

• Since our foundation, we have been using only green electricity, thus avoiding the production of the climate-damaging gas carbon dioxide (CO2)
• Our entire building is equipped with motion sensors to ensure a sensible use of our light sources
• The indoor climate in our building regulates itself through moss panels on the walls and we rely on a natural greening of the outdoor area
• We have reduced business travel to the absolute minimum and prefer to travel by public transport

• We see ourselves as a DARZ family and therefore the welfare and health of our employees is our top priority
• All suppliers are carefully checked and if possible we use regional suppliers and products
• The compliance with the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact is out of question for us
• Our employees are the heart of DARZ GmbH and we cater to the individual needs of each and every one of them

• We are always looking for innovative ideas in the IT area, which save our resources
• In order not to waste resources, our motto is “Repair instead of buying new”
• In the IT area we use, if possible, high quality and tested “Refurbished Hardware”
• Basically, we apply “quality before quantity”
