SM-PKI- DARZ.CA
A Smart Metering Public Key Infrastructure (SM-PKI) ensures that secure communication within the power grid is possible. A distinction is made in the SM-PKI 3 hierarchical levels: Root-CA, Sub-CA, and end-user (GWH, GWT, EMT) with the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) acting as the highest certification body. DARZ GmbH acts as a sub-CA (DARZ.CA) and provides end-users (GWH, GWT, EMT) with the certificates.
